Feature Improvements

Added “Equivalent Diameter” option to the Consequence Model window to see volumes as equivalent spherical diameter.
Made the property grid clearer for porous regions and passive openings.
Added additional numerical stability to hot surfaces to avoid spurious high temperatures in early iterations.
Added “ACH” property to indoor simulations to quickly review Air Changes per Hour.
